These are the core values the station should embody:

We embrace change; not change for change's sake but change to protect and preserve our vision and brand. We will always march to the music of modern times, but our commitment to our vision and brand is timeless.

We are bold leaders of constant community, technological, product, contributor, and personal renewal. Without falter or hesitation we will, despite all, invest in what we use, are, and are a part of, but especially in our people and in their future.

We strive to be easy to know and work with. Others trust us because what we create works. We never make promises we do not indent to keep, and we do not let our commitments slide or our reputation falter. Trust is earned through action, and our actions speak for themselves.

We are technological leaders, and extremely capable of delivering on our promises. We are assertive, but not arrogant, when it comes to our position. We are very good at what we do, and success breeds confidence.

We extend the vision for a more perfect union beyond national, economic, race, gender, lifestyle and all other superficial borders and differences to the entirety of humanity. We cooperate whenever we can and act alone only when forced. We encourage and welcome all to participate in the pursuit of our vision. We are experienced and sophisticated enough to understand others needs despite any and all global or discipline differences. We are a partner without boundaries.
