plus 3 engineers to be hand-picked by nikgod to serve shifts in a TBD schedule.

Responsibilities will include:

• setup/takedown of equipment
• fixing audio chain problems
• fixing general technical problems
• setting up whatever automation schedules we end up using

[edit] Managing Content Producers

The Program Director will manage 12 key producers and additional reporters.

The 12 producers to be chosen to serve 4 hour shifts, with a block of that time dedicated to their show.

• Responsibilities include:
  • running the board
  • running the automation system
  • coordinating with "reporters" on 18 and 2
  • making sure everything airs on schedule
  • serve a couple of shifts as "reporter".
