We should be focusing on highlighting the conference's live events and bringing that to listeners, this is not a share your playlist channel.

Peter Kirn of createdigitalmusic.com has been is setting up a late night live digital music jam session called Digital Music Night, which will run Friday July 18th from 11pm to 2am.

All music (and other prerecorded content) played on the stream must be legally clear to use. No license violations of copyrighted works will be allowed.

Provide original programming for all four thousand three hundred and twenty [4320] broadcast minutes available to H.O.P.E. Radio.

[edit] Dead Air

H.O.P.E. Radio is to have no programed dead air, and have no unexpected dead air longer than twenty [20] seconds.

[edit] Branding

For branding purposes H.O.P.E. Radio shall provide a station identification every hour on the hour. All station programming shall have common audio engineering to afford a sonic brand.

H.O.P.E. Radio's twenty four [24] hour broadcast day shall be divided into four broadcast segments.

The seven hundred and twenty [720] broadcast minutes between 08:00 to 20:00 eastern standard time shall be considered H.O.P.E. Radio's Daytime Broadcast.

The two hundred and forty [240] broadcast minutes between 20:00 and 24:00 eastern standard time shall be considered H.O.P.E. Radio's Prime Broadcast.

The three hundred broadcast [300] minutes between 24:00 to 05:00 eastern standard time shall be considered H.O.P.E. Radio's Late Night Broadcast.

The one hundred and eighty [180] minutes between 05:00 to 08:00 eastern standard time shall be considered H.O.P.E. Radio's Twilight Broadcast.

[edit] H.O.P.E. Con (CanCon Like Rules)

Twenty Five Percent [25%] of H.O.P.E. Radio's Daytime Broadcast, one hundred and eight [180] broadcast minutes, must feature content acquired during H.O.P.E. This includes but is not limited to speaker Interviews, attendee interviews, Reaction discussions about H.O.P.E. talks, staff interviews, and H.O.P.E. question and answer segments.

Every hour after station identification H.O.P.E. Radio shall provide up to ten [10] broadcast minutes of station related announcements and information including but not limited to programming scheduling, and schedule changes.

Every hour after station announcements H.O.P.E. Radio shall provide up to fifteen [15] broadcast minutes of H.O.P.E. related announcements and information including but not limited to schedule changes, directions, event locations, and ride share information.
