The primary market consisting of H.O.P.E. Attendees and speakers shall be served by on premises streaming via the HOPE conference network. Streaming services for this primary market should be dimensioned to support currency for twenty percent [20%] for this market's possible total audience.

The Secondary market consisting of Internet based non-attendees shall be served through off site streaming via ????. Streaming services for this market should be dimensioned to support currency for up five hundred [500] listeners.

Services for both the primary and secondary markets should be available for the entire seventy-two [72] hour attendable life span of H.O.P.E.
